Oasis is a small business with an excellent product, range and brand that requires assistance to grow to its potential.
Our Role: 
  1. Assess their company’s current business plan, identify gaps and articulate readiness for growth;
  2. Articulate a preferred future and the next steps in achieving their goals;
  3. Develop an action plan for business growth and market entry.
Outcomes & Benefits: 

Through a systems approach, Oasis has been able to articulate its strategic direction, assess its performance and redirect its energy.

Benefits have included clarity in business purpose, what drives the business and how to lead the change required in the business.

On-going work is focussed on developing strategic next steps into spring and summer.
